We customized help center link in CRM web client by spro (spro->SAP Reference IMG -> SAP NetWeaver -> Knowledge Management -> Settings in Application -> useage of Help Type "Dynamic Help").
Recently we change our help center link to new sharepoint. So when we click help center, the URL of popup window changes from http://sp-fin.synopsys.com/sites/crminfo/default.aspx/EN/45/82ba4487e9a40bfe10000000a1553f7/frameset.htm to http://itweb/Pages/CRM-Info.aspx/EN/45/82ba487e9a40bfe10000000a1553f7/frameset.htm
The issue is that someone cannot open the new link, but he can open the old link.
The suffix of the URL is the same, why he cannot open the new one?
We are using IE11.
Did anyone have similiar issue? Or know the root cause?
