I did some search on this site, couldn't find useful info regarding this CMS you said.
We use BCM for the Chat, is the CMS setup on the BCM side?
(I don't have access to BCM, it's not possible for me to check into it to see if it's relevant)
Can you please elaborate a little so that I can follow the direction or even the details correctly? .
