In SE24, enhance class CL_CRM_IC_AH_TRIG_ALERT_ABSTR : Class->Enhance.
Then create a post method for method GET_ALERT_ATTRIBUTES : Edit->Enhancement operations->Insert Post-Method.
An ABAP dev would do that in no time I am sure.
