Search IR By Email ID.

Hello.

After ERMS implementation we create interaction records from inbound emails.

But now,I need to know interaction record number in attached email .

By our scenario,the users open email from Agent Inbox and relevant IR Number must be shown into email body.

How I can search IR Number by email ?
