Hi Young Lan,
I am not sure if the telephone problem with problem you mentioned is the
struct.TEL1_number under ICCMP_BP_SEARCH/BuPaSelectContactPerson.
This field is to display the telephone of CONTACTADDRESS.
So please check following:
1. At the last screenshot you provided(after you search by account name),
you selected the entry with problem , for example the first 1110.
2. Then in the incoming view ICCMP_BP_DETAIL/BuPaCommContact, please check if telephone field (STRUCT.TELEPHONETEL in view ICCMP_BP_DETAIL/BuPaCommContact) is empty. If so, please click edit button to maintain a telephone number and save.
3. Then retest the behavior by searching account name.
If this was not case, please let me know the technical information of the telephone field you mentioned.And the release information (support package)of component WEBCUIF and BBPCRM in your crm system.
