Thanks for your reply , I have already gone through that document and it is really very useful document.

My question is : in BSP_WD_CMPWB, when i click on view , it is going to next page where as some standard views not going further and giving error message" Fact sheet view can't be determined for configuration".

Please could you provide some inputs on this?
