How to Define Action Profile when a Sales Order is Created or Cancelled?

Hi Experts,

    I need to send a HTML email to a Customer , when sales order is Created or Cancelled.

For this I implemented a BADI "EXEC_METHODCALL_PPF " and in this I wrote the HTML code and used 'SO_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1 ' to send email. So for this scenario how should I implement Action Profile?
