Hope you all are doing well.
I have one requirement where client wants to use saved search option into Agent inbox. But he doesn't want to use advanced search other
option like drop down search area into agent inbox.
For better understanding, I am providing one screen shot of it. So that you could understand the requirement and will provide good solution for overcome on this requirement.
In this below screen shot, Standard search view/ Advanced search view is available.
1- In first screen shot, client wants Save search As option which is in red area must be shown in Agent Inbox.
2- In second screen shot which is in red area (All Search criteria drop down field must not be there in Agent inbox).
Please help me to overcome on this requirement.
