Re: How to Define Action Profile when a Sales Order is Created or Cancelled?

Hi,

 

You need to create a new action definition in transaction CRMC_ACTION_DEF or you can also use an existing one which get triggered when an order being created. After creating Action def assign it to your transaction type. create a Z method and assign it to your action profile. this Z method must include the logic of sending Email .
