Yuri, try the following solution. Switch function profile EMAIL in your business role to DEFAULT INBOX (probably, right now it's DEFAULT, correct?)
It's because the "E-mail provider" field in the profile. In the DEFAULT it's ICI. In the DEFAULT INBOX it's Agent Inbox. So if there is no CMS in place then you should use Agent Inbox as a provider. Please consider the F1-help for this field. As it's mentioned there
