we already implemented a inbound email handling thru SO50 exit class. we have service ticket creation/updation code in the exit class.
Now we are moving towards ERMS class to add more validations thru rule modeler. we want to use this exit class in our rule modeler as an action with parameter email document.
my question is can i use a class with interface-IF_INBOUND_EXIT_BCS in ERMS Rule modelr Actions? Rule modeler action classes are implemented interface-IF_CRM_ERMS_SERVICE.
is there any connection between SO50 and SO28. is SO28 is enhancement to SO50?
