Re: inbound email body showing in SOIN but not in IC web client

Hi Lronmac,

 

It might be related to the security settings for E-Mails introduced by SAP note 1617266 (for CRM 7.0 a parameter in SMOFPARSFA, for CRM 7.0 EHP1 and higher: setting in E-Mail profile, transaction CRMC_IC_EMAILX).

 

According to your security requirements, three options are available:

  • DISABLED: no HTML email is displayed anymore, instead you will see a yellow icaon with a warning that HTML emails will not be displayed any longer. 
  • ENABLED: all HTML emails will be displayedl. No change to older versions.
  • FILTERED: This means, that content is getting filtered out against a whitelist from the BTF editor. The whitelist can be found in the description of method CL_THTMLBX_BTF_EDITOR FILTER_DOCUMENT_CONTENT

 

You might review your setting if which setting you use for your business roles. If you decide to go for Filtered, you might also check notes
