Hello Kamlendra,
The link which you are referring to is not the standard One to One email integration available in SAP CRM.
1 & 2.As per the standard only Inbox view is allowed. You will have to manually move the sent folder mail to Inbox in order to transfer it to CRM. Email transfer is not automatic and its not related to Client groupware solution installed in the system
3. When you open mail from the Inbox view in CRM WebUI, the mail is just opened and only after you save it as an activity you will be able to reply or forward the mail. Unless and until the mail is saved as
activity it cannot be forwarded from WebUI
