Hi All
I have an email work item that lands in my Inbox - the due date is set in ERMS as 3 days and I have set up the Advance warning for a RAG status in the Agent Inbox display which works.
However, On Interact I want that due date to transfer to the Due Date of the Interaction Record and should the agent transfer the Interaction Record to another org unit I want the Due Date to be shown in the Interaction Record and email work item in agent 2's Inbox.
So, I have an email that has a limit of 3 days before escalation and it can be transferred as many times as needed and the clock must keep ticking.
The problem, above starts happening when I transfer,
Any help would be appreciated.
