create a CRM activity from incoming email

Dear all CRM expert,

We want to synchronize our outlook and the SAP CRM system for a specific inbox. That means we want to receive only emails from this inbox (external system) to Email Inbox (in SAP CRM).

And i would like to know how to open automatically an CRM activity from each received  email and to attach the email?
