The generated URL is

this can be accessed within the organisation. I want to generate URlL through which survey can be given to external user

Something like

http://xyz/sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_svy_server/survey.htm?sap-client=101&applid=CRM_SURVEY_ACTIVITY&svyid=USAGE%20AND%20APPLICATION_PART%201&vers=0000000001&lang=EN&parid=CRM_SVY_BSP_SYSTEMPARAM_CM1_101.XML

Another doubt how do i embedded survey in email if not its link.
