I'm logging in through Interaction Center using 2 different accounts - Eg. User1 and User2
In the Agent Inbox screen for both the Users, after giving particular criteria and searching, the result list was displayed.
From User1: I selected a particular agent (xxx@gmail.com) and clicked on the Interact button.
The Interact option for the agent(xxx@gmail.comxxx@gmail.com) for other users (User2) should be grayed out, since only one user can interact with the Agent at a time.
But what happens is that I'm able to see the Interact button active for the agent(xxx@gmail.comxxx@gmail.com) for User2 also.
If I refresh the screen for User2, the Interact button for that agent is grayed out.
So, is there a feature that when one the User1 interacts with an Agent, the Interact button for User2 should be automatically grayed out?
