Service Request Templates

Hi Folks

I need to create service request templates. When I click on Create 'Serv Req/Incident Template' I do not see a pop up to select the Service Request Template types that have been configured. I have selected CRM UI, Interaction center , interaction center web ui also in the Channel. I have seen other posts related to this but could not find a solution. Any help would be appreciated.
