Hello,
I have a request from customer to create MS Word document from IC.
Scenario is as follows:
1. Create MS Word template with some standard text and variables (for example business partner name, address, PoD...)
2. Save MS Word template in SAP CRM
-----
3. Identification of business partner in Interaction center
4. Create MS Word document which must be filled with data of confirmed business partner
5. Or print and send document by post or send created document via E-mail from IC
6. Save interaction record
Can anybody help me how to cover this customer request? Is it even possible to create Word documents from IC?
