We are on CRM 7.0 without SP and configured inbound and outbound email processing according to Best practices document, all is working fine sending email and receiving proved in transaction SOIN with no errors.
We have an ERMS rule Built on role modeler and is configured in a way that if an email arrives with a certain sender email address, it is replied to the specified organizational unit in order to only those agents inside it can view that email in agent inbox
The problem is that the emails processed by that rule are seen in the agent inbox of all users.
is anything that I have to complete to achieve that behavior?
