Thank you for your response.
I had seen that Quickcode option last year during an implementation. I thought, it was a standard functionality and we can add our own codes.
You are correct, it was a custom development. I just now spoke to Tom. He said, he used the standard mailform to create the Quickcodes and used Javascript to differentiate between the mailform and the quickcode.
I'm clear with this concept now n ready to try with my own Quickcodes..
