BP not automatically confirmed in CRM EHP2

Gurus,

We just moved from CRM EHP1 to EHP2 SAPKU70205. Since moving to EHP2 we noticed Pulling up one particular BP using specific search criteria no longer

automatically confirms the BP. Now we have to manually click confirm.

On EHP1, this worked fine

I did find this note, but it is not relevant for the version we are on although it sounds similar to our issue:

1579709 - BP not confirmed even if autocontinue flag is set

I check every note and side-effect report, but I have not found a fix yet.

Any ideas?
