Thanks for the reply.

 

The moment system creates the query from the incoming email , the category in the query need to be updated automatically. If it is single category , i could have hard coded this. But there are 30 rule policies in my scenario and for every rule policy there is one specific category need to be updated in the query .which is not pozible to hardcode.

So is there any work around or way to update the category in the query automatically.
