Clear Interaction button is not working

Hello All,

We did upgrade the system from CRM 7.0 to EHP3. After onwards Clear interaction is not working in "ZROLE" to clear the confirmed account.

My Analysis:

Component CMRCMP_IC_FRAME is enhanced and view Hiddenview aswell.

1. when I deactivate enhancement then buttons are not at all loading in zrole.

2. when I check in IC_AGENT role then its working fine.

3. I compared html coding in standard and enhanced view page there is no chnage.

In view we have a method "on_forwardcall" this method is not triggering when i click the button.

Please suggest a way to further investigation.

Apart from that, I want to know component name if F2 is not working on the button.
