Re: Inbox search result mismatch of creation date with work item actual date

This issue is coming for particular 4-5 work item only from last 2- days.
For rest of other work item are showing correct creation date in Inbox search
result.

I will check date mapping configuration in the Agent Inbox configuration.

let me know if i need to check any other config related to same
