ERMS: Routing Email to Agent Inbox based on the agent email address

Hello ERMS Experts,

 

I have Requirement below.

 

If an email comes from customer (CTI) and accepted by Agent #1 and responds to the customer. Later customer responds to that same email then the email should be routed to same Agent #1.


Could any please give high level design how to achieve this.
