Hi ,
CRM Application Interaction center when accessed and executed in GUI shows correct results. For example if the user list has ten categories assigned, he can see all the records for all assigned categories.
Now, when we access the same thing from SAP EP POrtal , the results in the inbox vary. User can see only 2 categories. SO basically there is a data mismatch between accessing the link through GUI and Portal.
It is pretty odd behavior .
