I have checked them .
1. in my case workflow ,work items are not going in error. They are in ready status for Task 207914 .
so there is no point to check further.
second thing: if i check for 12th jan and 13th april data ,
for both cases :agents no found in workflows. but 12th jan emails are not apperaing in inboc while 13th jan emails are appearing in inbox search result, as i mentioned above with the screen shots.
What should be normal scenerio, if in SWI1, agent not found message comes for workitem (task 207914) , in this case should it appear in agent inbox or not.
2. I have checked all config, mentioned in notes. that are in place.
3. Please add more light on crm_Erms_logging and email workbench as.. i dont know what to look in these two.
4. Can u telll me when CRM_IC_INBOX_BADI BADI get called during agent inbox search and Email workbench.. Does this BADI get called during email workbench also.
