Re: How to link the attachment from the incoming mail to the service ticket via code

Hi Srini,

My requirement is as below:

I will be recieving the mail by 3rd Party, via ERMS, I have created a new zservice and assign the class to it. In the custom class, i need to read the content from the body of the mail and create a Service Request.

In the mail, there will be an atatchment as well. I need to attach it to Service request.

Hope you understand my requirement. Please guide.
