Dear experts,
I am currently facing some issues concerning the E-mails functions:
When opening the receiving e-mails, it is then impossible for us to use any function on the e-mails object:
For example, the "back" button on the top right hand corner is not working anymore.
Thus, clicking on the "reply", "forward", "print" or even "new" buttons has no effect. It is also impossible for us to modify the different
fields like the subject or the "copy to" field.
We are simply blocked on the view of the email.
We are using the business role "Service pro" and are using those function profiles:
EMAIL = customized
RUNTIME = DEFAULT_IC
We tryied both History type setting "Simple History Stack" and "Advanced History Logic".
The business funtions CRM_IC_INBOX and CRM_IC_INBOX 2 are activated.
Have someone ever had some similar issues when using the Inbox function with the Service Pro ?
Is there any customizing I could be missing ?
