IC agent inbox

Hi CRM Experts,

My requirement is to enhance the IC agent inbox with the custom field and when user searches the related drop-down field for the field the result should be displayed ???

I came to know that CRM_IC_INBOX_BADI needs to implemented. the method AFTER_SEARCH should be implemented. anyone can provide the sample code or please let me know the returning parameters how to set the values.
