Confirmed account do not get transfered

Hello friends,

I has some problem when I test the function of ICI with SAP CCS.

1.The first agent has confirmed the account after accepted the coming call.

   The account is identified automatically when the second agent accepts the "Blind TransferEnd" call from the first agent.

   But the second agent can't confirm the account. and he can't finish the interaction record.

2.The first agent has confirmed the account after accepted the coming call.

   But the account doesn't be identified automatically when the second agent accepts the "Warm Transfer" call from the first agent.

   And The page jumps to the logon page when the second agent clicks the button "HangUp".

   More painful is that the second agent can't logon the WEBUI unless close the IE and open again.

Our system version is :

BBPCRM7130006SAPKU71306
