Good morning.

As of SAP enhancement package 3 (SP03) for SAP CRM 7.0, outbound correspondence

(SAP Office e-mail, fax, letter) created in IC can be directly searched for in the agent inbox.

So you need to upgrade your system to CRM Ehp3 and at SFW5 business function "IC Inbox Extensions 2"  (CRM_IC_INBOX_2) must  be active.
