I agree that I was using TSVO Transaction Type as Service Request at GUI b/c at GUI I could not find Service Request Transaction Type . So by mistake I choose that .
For testing I do configuration in copy control of TSVO and 1003 and then I tested on GUI .So , now I find that task can be created as follow up.
Please refer my screen shorts related to service request doc which I am creating on WEB UI and there I still could not find any option for follow up doc .
Please clarify me.
