Re: My Worklists and General Search not working!

Hello Akshat,

 

I'm sorry for my delayed response and thank you for the hint provided.

 

We have checked with the Security team and the roles and authorizations are the same as that of a working user when compared.

 

Also want to inform that the user is able to search by ticket# and find ticket when logged in with a different role. But when she logs in with the role that she is meant for, she is unable to find her pending tickets in MyWorklists and neither does her normal Ticket Search functionality work with her id in the "Owner ID" field.

 

Kindly advise me if I've missed out any area.
