Re: Automatic updation of Call Lists due to customers orders

Hello, Evgeny!
The business scenario is: employees creating new clients (business partners) like every minute (we have a lot of orders). I have to create a few call lists where new clients should be assigned (for example 1st call list – orders for today, 2nd– orders for tomorrow and so on).
We decided to create uptading call-list feature by ABAP. And then create activity that should activate this feature every time we need (I mean automatically every 5 minutes, for example).

So I’m looking now what kind of activity we have to create.

Now I’m thinking if this ABAP programme can only assign new clients to the call list or also update call list. I mean delete clients from the call-list that have been called already.
Probably we should do 2 different ABAP programmes.

The other question is, for example, we have the Client “A” in call-list. We’ve just called the Client “A”, checked the box “Called” (or selected status “Called” from drop-down list) in the Client’s “A” data sheet in WebUI IC-Agent. I need to be sure that this Client “A” has been deleted from the call-list immediately. How it is possible?
