Re: Not able to get Confirmed Vehicle detail while creating IR

Hi,

  In the Interaction Center after confirming a customer and a vehicle, both customer and vehicle are attached to the Interaction record, but after ending the contact with the customer, only the customer is displayed in the interaction record.

This was happening because the incorrect BUSTYPE '1178' was hard coded in the method IF_CRM_UI_OBJ_MAPPER~GET_BOR_FROM_ENTITY of class CL_CRM_UIU_PRODUCT_MAPPER.
