Adding characteristics into reporting area for Interaction Report

Hello Experts,

I am trying to add an additional characteristic for standard reporting area such as "Interaction Records" and "Activities".

I followed help portal procedure:

but still newly added characteristics is not displayed while creating report for "Interactive Records" or "Activities" reporting area.

The field is standard field "Posting_Date" and I have added into required reporting area under "Map BI Infoobject to CRM field" area.

The same field is used under "Service Requests" reporting area and it is displayed while creating report correctly.

Please let me know if am missing any required steps here.
