Agent Inbox Assigned To Search Criteria

Dear All,

 

Can we add our own items under 'Assigned to " in IC INBOX ? in Standard we have 'me' and 'Mygroup' and both are dependent on Configuration wherein we can assign Partner function against 'Responsible employee' and 'responsible Group .

 

In the Inbox Profile ,  Extended search is marked as 'Unknown' .

 

Now when i access INBOX -> Assigned to -> I can see drop down values as Me , My group and some of the Organizational Units (O) which have position and agent assignment under them. not all the Org units are displayed in the drop down , but as i mentioned only org units. which have Position and agents assigned. whats the cause of this?  If i remove the position under the org unit in org model, then same is not available in the INBOX ASSIGNED To field.

 

Any clues will be highly appreciated.
