Hi Eli,
Once you have configured your complaint transaction type properly, you will be able to see the USER STATUSes in same dropdown.
It is common field for both the status search. To check if you have configured your transaction type properly, just click on CREATE button and you should get your transaction type in POP UP or directly should go in Create Screen.
You can unblock the CRMC transaction type to check. Assign it with a proper CHANNEL and check it.
