Hello All ,
we have a CTI setup , CRM integration with Genesys. We done all the configurations from CRM side and we also tested the RFC connection and it is working fine.
But if i login to IC Webclient , i see Ready / Not Ready buttons are in grayed out mode . I also checked the previous posts and the relevant notes related to this issue , but nothing i find relevant (all settings are in place as per the notes) . (we are using CRM 7.0 EHP 2)
