Can you please tell me more details about the parameters in transaction launcher which will be used to get back the Customer Number in the Activity Clipboard.
Can you please tell me how this Customer Number will be available in the Activity Clipboard.
How this functionality works whether it will automatically identify the customer and then will automatically an Interaction Record will be created using that customer or else how this functionality works.
