@Shobhit: Thanks for clarification!

 

Of course the users should use both buttons and should be trained when to use which button

  • Clear Interaction: if they want to cancel the current actions in case of a mistake. All changes on business objects which have been done and not saved manually are taken back
  • END: to save the customer interaction (all business objects/links)
