It is not that I don't want the contact person to be picked up when I create the IR. It is just that I don't need IR to be created for the contact person which is not valid when I create it for the Account.
When a contact partner/BP relationship ends, we enter a valid to date on the contact partner tab in CRM. We have found that even when this relationship has ended, interaciton records created on one bp are still showing on the contact partner (and vice versa).
There is an option of resetting the contact person after confirming the BP. When I do that, while creating IR for the account, it is not created for Contact person.
First question is whether or not we end the relationship correctly - is there something else we should do to ensure that interaction records are not created for both bps(Account and Contact person). Or even though the contact person validity date is ended, IRs would be created on both BPs?
