Yes, it is CTI scenarios (using the CRM ICI interface) that I am trying to get it working in. I already testeded it with a real CTI system (Genesys GPlus) as well as the Contact Center Simulator. The Accept button in our CRM 7.02 system doesnt blink with either of those solutions for incoming calls/chat/emails.
