I have customized my service request and trying to create the same from my interaction center role.
Following are the customization's performed.
Following channels are assigned to the customized service request
In CRM-Interaction Center Web client- Business Transaction- Define Business Transaction Profiles, the customized service request transaction type has been added.
The account identification profile has been assigned to the business role in the assign function profile.
However when I am trying to create the service request from the Z business role for the interaction center the customized service request does not appear, only the standard service request is appearing, however from the service role the transaction appears.
Please advice if I am missing certain configurations,
