Hello Communities.
We are currently facing an issue with Interaction Center in our SAP CRM System. In two different times during the day, for some users in some PCs, using Interaction Center, many sessions are created of type http plug-in. In average one user can create 400 sessions at a time. The number of users with this behavior is around 10. This situation repeats twice in the day, once at 10:30am and the other at 3:00pm. All the users sessions are created more frequently in one specific application server. Once this situation happens, roll area memory in the server gets exhausted and the server gets down. Then the sessions start to appear in the next server, any of the other 4.
To avoid the situation, we are logging off the sessions in SM04 before the roll area gets exhausted.
In SMICM there is a timeout parameter configured for the session timeout,rdisp/plugin_auto_logout and rdisp/autothtime, for 3600 seconds, which is required for the Call Center clerks. If these sessions are not manually logged off and the server does not crash, the sessions get timed out in the defined times.
This situation started happening 3 weeks ago and we have not been able to find out what changed. Every day we have to monitor in those timeframes in order to avoid the servers crash.
We are going crazy with this and have not been able to find anything in Service Marketplace. Any help on how to diagnose and solve this would be greatly appreciated. Anything you might need to diagnose this, please just let me know.
Best Regards,
Kattya Mejía
