Re: Cannot set status of In process email to Completed

Hi Ashik,


Thanks for you reply. Problem is that this issue not always happens but only rare cases.

 

I want to know if there is a solution to set/change the status of the email in the backend as the we are not able to change the status from the web ui in no ways.
