Email Threading with the Interaction Record using Note 1861250

Hi All

I am using ERMS and have implemented note 1861250 which allows the embedding of the Irec transaction number in the email body.

So when I send a mail I get the following embedded in the body of the mail

{IrecNo:[23163]}

I now reply to this as a customer but the incoming work item is not successfully linked to the Irec #23163 above

I may not have the correct fact gathering services in my profile ( I have srvctkt and have tried srvcreq) or I may not have the right config.

Any assistance would be helpful.
