thank you. I debugged much and I did not find such a "logon event" so it should be right.
there are many events during customer search and interaction.
I did my functionality in HiddenView which seems to work properly now.
There is only the problem with GDC management which gets cleared with EndContact event, thus I need to maintain GDC additionally.
